This one day course aims to provide delegates with a full understanding of the CDM 2015 Regulations and how they have changed since 2007 with particular regard to garden designs and construction projects.
You will learn what the legal duties of designers and contractors, plus the other duty holders, are under the Regulations and how to comply with your duties in a proportionate and practical way for differing types of project, together with gaining an understanding of the paperwork that is required, but more importantly the paperwork that isn’t required!
We will look at the difference between domestic and commercial projects and the extra duties that can be placed upon designers and contractors in the domestic situation.
